Thirdly: we analyse the work floor process and systematically work our way up to management level. We categorise problems, hick ups and bottle-necks on skill level (techniques, machinery, verbal skills), human level (motivation, ambition, age, skill profile), management level (cognition, experience, group control) and cultural level (unwilling but able, willing but unable, unwilling and unable)

All part of a due diligence and done before completing a deal. Analysis  which results in minimising the risk of a wrong choice, will give insight into how long organisational come back will take, and will indicate the potential for growth.
