Management Module II

This module deals with an elaboration of module I. Because we mainly deal will managerial communication skills we deepen insight into differences in people’s motivation, commitment, and skills. We teach how to differentiate between members of the group and have flexibility in reacting to everyday situations. In dept meeting skills will be central in this module. Skills will lead up to teambuilding sessions and starting a department or sales force from scratch.




2 or 3 days



Group sessions of maximum 10 people. Heavy emphasis on simulations of  
day to day business, role-plays, extensive analysis, demonstrations, skill




External, evening sessions included. Organisational preferences are taken into account
