Sales management course 


Knowing what to manage in the sales group should ideally be linked with knowledge of how to handle the subject matter.
 

Coaching and instructing should alternate. Even accepting flaws or mistakes is integral part of managing your own sales force. We briefly touch on personal skills of the sales manager to check where we start from!

1 or 2 days

Form

 

Group sessions of maximum 12 people. Heavy emphasis on simulations of  
day to day business, role-plays, extensive analysis, demonstrations, skill
enhancement.

Location
