VES Training for Managers

Before we start to manage sales reps we have to know what it is we want to, or, even can, manage. To analyse a sales performance is not easy. Is it acquisition, drawing up the right quotation, reading the customers correctly, conversion rate from visits to quotation, conversion rate from quotation to orders, average order amount, post calculation. Interpretation of these results is extremely important before we start to manage and to coach. VES is an easy but formidable tool to gain practical insight into the day to day selling business.

day to day business, role-plays, extensive analysis, demonstrations, skill
